Redwood team has an experience with many great Interior Designers. We even have our own in-house design team. Our designers like to play up the personality of a homeowner, often adding whimsical pieces to mix in elements to ward off any stuffiness that might creep into a more traditionally furnished rooms. Design does not have to be expensive, with a focus on cost effective solutions, transparent collaboration and a fun experience.

CUSTOM DESIGN Options
Whether you have selected an architect or are looking for ideas to get started, Redwood has the experience to ensure your project is completed successfully. Any new construction custom home, addition or major renovation will require architect services. Generally, your design path will follow one of three options:
Review plans based on the style and amenities you like. At that point, you may find a design that will need only a few changes to make it into your perfect custom home.
Look at designs and decide that you like specific elements in different homes. We will then work to combine those into your custom home design.
Design of your own, from a napkin sketch or ideas in your head. We will work with you and the architect to turn these ideas into working plans for your custom home.
