Redwood offers numerous delivery options for engaging in a contract. Our favorite option is a GMP (guaranteed maximum price), a common model in commercial construction, as it aligns the incentives for the owner and contractor to balance the goals of delivering a high-quality product at the best price.

What To Expect

Regardless of the approach taken, we prioritize maintaining the design's integrity, flow, and functionality. This will be your home for years to come after all! To ensure accurate cost estimates and minimize surprises for our homeowners, we've revamped our process to foster collaboration. This begins with a preconstruction engagement where we discuss feasibility, costs for various options, material selections, and other design decisions.

After the designs and specifications of your home are finished, you will meet with us for the final review and approval and sign off on a detailed scope of work and finalize the anticipated schedule.

Next, construction begins. You will work with our project manager through this process. One of the owner’s of Redwood will also serve as ambassador throughout the project. During construction, you have the opportunity to walk through your home and see your dream becoming reality.

Additional Services

Redwood provides additional benefits to ensure our process goes well from start to finish. This includes the ability to provide Self Perform services for carpentry and framing on our projects, which is the key to a high-quality build and successful project. We also provide in-house Interior Design Services as needed.
